Welcome to Laundry Riviera. We are committed to delivering top-tier laundry, dry cleaning, and linen services with the utmost professionalism and care. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Commitment to Care

At Laundry Riviera, we understand that your garments and textiles represent both personal and financial value. We take that trust seriously. Every item is treated with attention to detail using processes we deem most appropriate for its condition and material. Despite our best efforts, occasional damage or loss may occur—this is an unavoidable risk in textile care. Customers are responsible for informing us of any specific requirements or pre-existing weaknesses in garments, including special instructions provided by the manufacturer. This includes—but is not limited to—items made of leather, suede, silk, satin, vinyl, polyurethane, and embellished fabrics. We do not accept liability for wear, hidden flaws, or trimmings such as beads, buckles, or buttons that may be affected during processing.

Liability & Compensation

While we strive for perfection, we cannot guarantee against colour fading, fabric shrinkage, or damage due to inherent weaknesses. If an item is lost or damaged during dry cleaning, Laundry Riviera’s liability is limited to 5 times the cleaning charge of that specific item. For standard laundry (e.g. wash & fold), reimbursement is capped at 35% of the proven item cost, provided sufficient evidence is submitted.

Claims for lost or damaged items must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your completed order. Claims must be sent to info@laundryriviera.com with:

• Your order number

• A description of the item (and condition before damage, if applicable)

• A photo of the damage (if relevant)

• Proof of value or purchase (if available)

Our team will aim to resolve your case or begin the refund process within 72 hours. We follow the guidelines set by the International Fair Claims Guide to assess value, age, and reimbursement eligibility.

Laundry Riviera reserves the right to refuse service on items that may pose a risk to health or staff safety (e.g. soiled with waste or hazardous materials).

Lost or Missing Items

We take inventory seriously. If no itemised list is provided with your laundry, our count will be considered final. Any missing item claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Late claims or incomplete submissions may void eligibility for reimbursement.

If eligible, we may issue a refund or credit based on:

• Item age and depreciation

• Availability of replacement

• Comparability of similar items if receipts are unavailable

Unclaimed refunds or reimbursements must be collected within 30 days of approval.

Payment & Billing

All online transactions are processed securely. By submitting your payment information (online or by phone), you authorise Laundry Riviera to charge for services rendered. If you wish to remove your card details from our system, please send a request to info@laundryriviera.com

We reserve the right to adjust pricing or suspend service due to unpaid invoices. Charges for additional services beyond the original request will also be applied to your payment method on file.

Limits of Liability

Laundry Riviera’s liability is limited to the amount you were charged for the service relating to any reported issue. We disclaim all warranties—express or implied—including fitness for purpose and merchantability. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (e.g. lost business, personal property damage, or missed opportunities) as a result of delays, errors, or omissions.
